Ram Rafiee

Ram Rafiee is the founder of American Hotel Advisors (AHA), established in November 2023. With more than 20 years of extensive experience in multifamily, hospitality, and commercial transactions, Ram has made a significant mark on the industry, having achieved a remarkable sales volume exceeding $1 billion, while maintaining a reputation of integrity and transparency.

Throughout his career, Ram has consistently demonstrated his expertise within the Commercial Real Estate Industry. Early in his career, he devoted over five years to Marcus & Millichap, then subsequently joined BRC Advisors, rising to the position of VP of Investments, where he honed his specialization in the sale of hotels and motels, HUD buildings, apartments, and land for development projects. After over 15 years at BRC Advisors, Ram founded AHA, to leverage his experience and skills to further support his clients. As a trusted advisor to his clients, Ram delivers invaluable market insights, maximizes property values, and ensures the efficient execution of complex opportunities.

Ram is part of many philanthropic organizations, including Sephardic Tradition and Recreation (STAR), Friends of the Israeli Defense Forces (FIDF), United Hatzolah, Chofetz Chaim, and The American Heart Association,Hotelier For Charity (HFC), and SLPS of Southern California.

Ram is an alumni of several prestigious institutions, having graduated from California State University Northridge, University California Los Angeles, and Harvard University.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Ram enjoys hiking and traveling with his wife and 3 kids.
