Nate Nili holds the position of VP of Investments, at American Hotel Advisors (AHA). Nate has spent over 3 years at BRC Advisors where he has been a driving force behind over $70 million in hospitality sales.

Before bringing his skills to AHA, Nate dedicated two years to Natixis, where his role involved the evaluation, underwriting, and closure of senior debt financings secured by a diverse range of real estate asset classes. Nate was a vital part of a dynamic team that orchestrated a series of transactions amounting to $1.4 billion in investments for Natixis.

Nate’s professional background has exposed him to a myriad of major property types in various regions of the United States. This extensive exposure has furnished him with invaluable market insights, which he leverages to assist clients in achieving their objectives through strategic disposition and acquisition of hospitality assets.

Nate’s academic foundation is anchored in a degree from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business, with a specialization in Real Estate Finance.

A native of Los Angeles, Nate’s roots run deep in the city he calls home. Outside his professional life, he maintains an active lifestyle and enjoys traveling and spending quality time with friends.
